Schedule and Budget Performance
An important part of every Becon project is effectively forecasting costs and dates and delivering to the forecast. We work aggressively to manage the risks to budgets and schedules so there are no surprises, which are the bane of any project.
Done-Done
Becon subscribes to a done-done philosophy. To minimize punchlists and drawn-out turnovers, our crews only claim they are done when everything is done, including testing and clean up. The philosophy ensures cleaner hand-offs, whether it's from one work crew to the next, or to our customers, who can immediately start up a facility when Becon is complete.
