Corporate Mangement
The Becon management team, is responsible for oversight of projects throughout the United States. They support the up-front development of projects and are responsible for corporate policies and procedures.
 
Industrial Relations
Members of the industrial relations team are responsible for recruiting, placing, and maintaining craft employees for each project. They ensure that Becon is a great place to work and that employees are treated fairly and consistently.
 
Training and Development
Becon is proud of our training and development program for our craft workforce. With an active training program at each jobsite, we provide an avenue for employees to improve their skills and advance in their profession.
 
Project Teams
Becon currently has a number of active projects in several states, with thousands of employees. Our project teams offer an exciting and fun place to work in heavy-industry construction and maintenance.
